Bludso’s BBQ is proud to present the second annual SMOKING OUT THE HUB, the ultimate barbecue festival featuring tastings from top pitmasters across the country, a local city vs. city BBQ competition, culinary demonstrations, and more that celebrate the vibrant community of Compton.

We’re taking the classic summer barbecue to the next level as Kevin Bludso invites a powerhouse lineup of top BBQ chefs from across the country to join him, each bringing their own special flavor to the table. Paired with craft cocktails, cold beer, live music, and activities for the whole family, SMOKING OUT THE HUB is paving the way for the next generation of barbecue festivals that celebrates the nostalgic art of smoke and community.

A portion of all proceeds benefit 5 Eleven Hoops which works to fund scholarships for high school seniors in the Compton Unified School District. For over 30 years, Kevin and Bludso's BBQ have been committed to uplifting and investing in the future of Compton.
